Remove the sourceModelDeprecated, summaryModelDeprecated and sinkModelDeprecated extensible predicates from CodeQL for Rust. They are defined in rust/ql/lib/codeql/rust/dataflow/internal/ModelsAsData.qll and referenced in rust/ql/lib/codeql/rust/dataflow/internal/empty.model.yml. Confirm that there are no other uses of the predicates.
