Problem with non existing file /home/runner/work/_temp/user-config-from-action.yml #2146

Hi.
After upgrading codeql-action to 3.24.2 I have error:
[Analyze (javascript)](https://github.com/sumup/os-shopos/actions/runs/7914831970/job/21605399892#step:3:30208)
The configuration file "/home/runner/work/_temp/user-config-from-action.yml" is outside of the workspace
I don't use advanced configuration, just enable CodeQL in repository settings.
When I enabled advanced configuration and use 3.24.1 in codeql.yaml it's working.
