Cant able to see the outcome to tool usage even after configured GITHUB MCP server in VS code #542
Description
I have configured the VS code with GITHUB MCP server and used add context where i used create_issue and list_branches tools but for both of the tools it says I will do that. Below is the exact question I asked to the agent.
