Current Behavior

Previous this worked on 2.7.2. When I want to have an event handler for any control, I click add event, then "Go to Another App". Only one app shows up in the list, even though I have many. I am using an admin account

Expected Behavior

See a list of all my apps

Steps to reproduce

Try to add a Go To Application event for a control.

Self Hosted 2.7.3
