Proposed new feature or change:

Make the selected theme sync to device preferences by default and still have the user be able to change the theme

I'll close this, because this repo is not for the website (that would be https://github.com/numpy/numpy.org/). More importantly, this description really lacks detail and is not actionable. There are no selectable themes in the NumPy website. In case you do open a new issue, please be very clear about what this is about @JetVolcano
