Proposed new feature or change:

I wanted to use numpy 1.26.x version in python 3.13 version. My installation is failing.

Please update on the support and new feature to access. I would be happy to hear back from the team and looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you

There are no pre-built 1.26.x versions for cp313, and there won't be in the future either. To use 1.26.4 you'll have to fall back to cp312 or earlier. Or, if you want to use cp313 you'll have to use a newer numpy version.
