It's a feature, not a bug. They do it intentionally. Better off switching to another provider of whatever services you planned on getting from the student pack, at least for those you can. |

Hi everyone,
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to apply for the GitHub student pack, but I ran into a weird issue — the camera on the site completely ruins the photo quality when taking a picture of my documents. It turns out super blurry and pixelated, to the point where the text is barely readable.
I tested this with both an iPhone 11 Pro and a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro — same terrible result on both. It's like the site compresses or processes the image in some way that destroys the quality.
Has anyone else faced this? Any workaround? Would be great if we could just upload a pre-taken photo instead of using the site’s camera.
Thanks!
