I have GitHub Copilot via Google Play in-app purchase and would also have GitHub Teams if I could do so, but I can't find a way. "Meet customers where they are" always works out. I know you lose a cut. You're Microsoft and you already do many payments for many services via Play Store. Whatever the reason to not do it, is probably based on unfounded assumptions. Please let me buy your product. Please consider making GitHub Teams a in-app subscription on Google Play.
