This allows changing the location of the files that were previously

hard-coded to <filename>server.crt</>, <filename>server.key</>,

<filename>root.crt</>, <filename>root.crl</>. <acronym>CA</>

(crt) and <acronym>CRL</acronym> files no longer have default

names, and if specified, these files must exist.
