At #132156 we plan to add new static global array to store counts of slotdefs with unique names. If we add new static global variable, then c-analyzer complains about this but can't show what is a problem. Even if we add this variable to ignored.tsv it can complain.

As @ericsnowcurrently thumbed-up I open this issue to add a PR.
