Describe the bug
https://devguide.python.org/triage/labels/ links to https://github.com/python/cpython/labels/test-with-buildbots but that's a bad link because the real label has a hammer emoji in it.
Let's fix it.
Shall we also mention the 🔨 test-with-refleak-buildbots label as well?
