When I try to use the Symfony local server background symfony serve -d, it gives this error!

remove C:\Users\Tirax.symfony5\log\6b13ddcf3a9e604b9feb41366d42978b2f2faf75.log: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

I delete it but it gives the same error again!
