[Symfony/intl] French DOM/TOM into the country list #32744

Description
Getting the list of countries to use it into Sylius, I was surprise to found DOM/TOM into the list and I'm wondering if other non real countries are listed into Countries::getNames().
They have ISO 3166-2 codes but they are not countries.
Here is the complete list :
