[Messenger] Added a trait for synchronous query & command buses #10662
Description
The PR just adds a trait leveraging an existing MessageBusInterface for implementing sync command & query buses. No class, no framework integration. So we could just show how tu use it with raw php code, with the component standalone, and perhaps how to configure a service within the framework using DIC.
