Add the ability between the eQSL cards like in the logbook or eQSL download page. #1417

What Feature is Missing?
The ability to easily navigate between eQSL cards on the eQSL card page.
Why is This Feature Important?
It is very cumbersome to click off of each card and then click onto another each time you want to change cards.
Is This Feature Personal or Beneficial to Others as Well?
It will definitely benefit others as this is the only time in the entire app that this UI is used. In all other places (eQSL download, logbook, etc) you are able to use arrow keys to navigate between eQSL cards.
