Ayah bunda pasti sering mendengar istilah fast food dan junk food.

Banyak yang
mengira bahwa keduanya sama saja, Tapi taukah ayah, kalau sebenarnya Fast Food
dan Junk Food itu berbeda? Secara asal kata fast food berarti Makanan Cepat, atau
makanan cepat saji. Sedangkan arti junkfood adalah Makanan Sampah. (hmmm kok
ngeri ya,) makanan berjenis fast and junk yang tersebar di Indonesia memang memiliki
kesamaan dalam bentuk penyajian dan penampilan makanannya. Namun sebenarnya
ada perbedaan dalam hal kandungan gizi di masing masing jenis makanan tersebut.
Ada juga yang menjelaskan, FastFood adalah istilah untuk makanan yang dapat
disiapkan dan dilayankan dengan cepat. JunkFood adalah istilah untuk makanan yang
tidak sehat, memiliki sedikit kandungan nutrisi atau mengandung jumlah lemak yang
besar. Jadi Kesimpulannya, Fast Food bukanlah makanan tapi merupakan cara
penyajian suatu makanan kepada pembeli, apakah cepat atau tidak, fast food ini sering
kita jumpai di restoran-restoran, jadi belum tentu semua fast food itu tidak sehat seperti
junk food. Untuk lebih gampang contohnya makanan yang penyajiannya cepat, misalnya
: pecel, gado-gado, lotek, kupat tahu, nasi uduk, nasi kucing, nasi sambel khas
Surabaya (ehmmm.. enaak), JunkFood, makanan yang nutrisinya sedikit, tidak
mencukupi kebutuhan badan (apalagi untuk kami yang masih tumbuh) seperti mie
instan, gorengan, makanan kaleng, sosis, nugget, kentang goring dan burger, Semoga
ga bingung lagi ya.. dan sebisa mungkin kurangi dan hindari mengkonsumsi makanan
berjenis junk ya bunda, karena, makan masakan rumah yang dibikin bunda itu lebih
nikmat dan sehat : )

juga dalang sing nyemangati penonton kon berjuang nglawan penjajah,

The Lion's Share

One day, a lion, a fox, a jackal, and a wolf went hunting together.
All day long they tried hard, but could not find anything satisfactory.
It was only in the late afternoon that they could catch a deer. The
four beasts surrounded the poor animal and killed it as fast as they
