Zusammenfassung
Corporate Entrepreneurship, sog. Unternehmertum im Unternehmen, kann die Innovationsdynamik und -kultur nachhaltig beleben, vorausgesetzt methodische Umsetzungskompetenz trifft auf konsequenten Marktfokus. Während strukturierte Prozesse zur agilen Entwicklung von neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten weitverbreitet sind, behandeln diese Prozesse die Evaluation der eigentlichen Marktchancen oftmals nur kursorisch. Dieser Beitrag schließt diese Lücke, indem ein konkreter anwendungsorientierter dreistufiger Prozess der Evaluation der Marktchancen eingeführt wird. Praktiker können anhand von Erfolgsfaktoren und Key Performance Indicators wesentliche Prozessschritte evaluieren und umsetzen.

Dot-Voting beschreibt eine simple Methodik, die es ermöglicht, anhand von bspw. Stickern oder Klebepunkten eine schnelle Entscheidung innerhalb mehrerer Beteiligten herbeizuführen.
