Conclusion
Our proposed NOMA-QoS scheme outperforms the existing benchmark schemes in fairness performance. In addition, the utility of our proposed NOMA-QoS scheme is slightly lower than that of the NOMA-PSO scheme, which further validates that the trade-off between energy efficiency and fairness.
