When using the sitelinks gadget it's case sensitive about the first letter. When I use lang = nl and title = illustratie it says nothing can be found. If I say lang = nl and title = Illustratie it finds the correct item. Since the first letter of an article is always a capital letter, it shouldn't matter if the typed first letter is a capital or not.
