Probably a dupe of T370304. But that's (in my uninformed opinion) a chameleon task covering two unrelated issues so I don't want to close this as a dupe.

Peachey88 lowered the priority of this task from Unbreak Now! to High.Jul 21 2024, 8:16 AM

Down from unbreak to high - Site not actively having issues.

Peachey88 renamed this task from Multiple Wikipedias are down to (2024-07-21 UTC) Multiple Wikipedias are down.Jul 21 2024, 8:17 AM

I am okay with being closed as dupe. It would be worth noticing here (and echoing in the other task) that the wikis involved where on two different server clusters (enwiki is on s1 and fawiki on s7). Shouldn't circuitbreaking issues only impact one server cluster?

In eswiki it happened on July 19 at 00:30 UTC around that time and from then on the error began to appear.
