Spin off from T354169#10189014

There is a need to attach more data to Netbox prefixes and drive server or network configuration from it. Roles or tags are not appropriate.

A suggestion option is to rely on custom fields, more specifically being able to attach one (or more) ASNs objects to a given prefix (T354169#10194839).

We need to figure out what a good datamodel would be for such usecases, the necessary validators/reports and automation around it.

I think it's an important and useful thing to do but also a quite significant work overall.
