Jimmy announces that tonight's target demographic is blonde mothers from Connecticut. Jimmy hosts a game, "Lick It for Ten," in which audience members win $10 for licking a lawnmower, a printer, or a fishbowl. Robert De Niro talks about the Tribeca Film Festival. Jimmy shows a clip of a fake movie starring himself and De Niro called "Space Train."
