Although no longer on the force, Clutch requests the help of his former boss, Captain Marshall. Marshall is under pressure from his superiors to close the cold cases related to the disappearances, but he decides to make a deal with Clutch, forcing him to partner with another detective determined to find the women, Angel, who suspects that the disappearance of her own niece may be related to the criminal conspiracy. Together, Clutch and Angel navigate a criminal underworld where the lines between enemies and allies become blurred and they can never tell who they should trust...including each other.
