Her male counterpart, voice actor Roland Rust, had an affair with Anni, who expected him to divorce his wife, and Rico filters his voice from the fatal record. Synchron studio gopher Karsten Simmle, a fan of the US actress to be dubbed, openly considered Conny disastrously unfit, and found blackmail ammunition. Rico finds out about a recent marital crisis between Conny and Christian. Questioning the sisters' mother Katharina Gerlinger clarifies the impact of a years-old trauma, while in forensics doctor Benedikt Förster proves his retiring mentor's proposed successor unfit during the conclusive identification of the victim.
