Peter Coyote (nascido Robert Peter Cohon; Nova Iorque, 10 de outubro de 1941) é um ator, diretor, autor, roteirista e narrador americano de filmes, teatro, televisão e audiolivros. Ele ficou conhecido por seu trabalho nos filmes E.T. - O Extraterrestre (1982), Cross Creek (1983), Jagged Edge (1985), Lua de Fel (1992), Kika (1993), Patch Adams (1998), Erin Brockovich (2000), A Walk to Remember (2002), Hemingway & Gellhorn (2012) e Good Kill (2014).
