Rosalind Margaret Clarissa Hicks (nee Christie; 5 August 1919 – 28 October 2004). daughter of Agatha Christie and her first husband Archibald Christie. After Christie's death in 1976, she worked to maintain an strengthen the reputation of her mother as a literary figure, and to protect the integrity of her works.

Death

At her death in 2004, Rosalind Hicks was survived by her second husband, and her son Mathew Prichard. Rosalind died at the same age her mother died,85 years old. At the time of her death, it was reported that her estate was valued at 600 million pounds sterling and that Prichard, who owned the rights to Christie's record braking play The Mousetrap was the principal heir. He lives in Wales with his second wife.
