James VII, King o Scots

King James VII an II (14 October 1633–16 September 1701) becam King o Ingland, Scots, an Ireland frae 6 Februar 1685. He wis the hindermaist Catholic ryal tae ring ower the Ingland, Scotland, or Ireland. His fowk daed mislippen his religious policies an said despotism, willin a group o thaim tae depone him in the Glorious Revolution. His protestant dochter Mary II an his guid-son King Billy wis pitten intil office, no his Catholic son James Francis Edward. James VII wis the last ryal o Scotland tae uise the traditional title "King o Scots", that haed been in uiss sin Kenneth I o Scotland in 843. Mary II, William (King Billy) an Anne I uised "o Scotland" no "o Scots".
