What items are eligible for a Free Returns option?

How does Free Returns work?
Eligible items, weighing under 50 lbs have at least one free return option. You can return the item for any reason, in new and unused condition, for up to 30 days after purchase.
How does label-free, box free returns work?
Don’t worry about printing a label or packing up your item. Just go to Your Orders and select the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We’ll send you a QR code; bring your code and item to the drop-off location, and you’re done. Currently, this feature is only available for items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.
When will I get my refund?

Does Amazon offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, most items sold on Amazon.com are eligible for replacement and exchange. You can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions.
