Emmett C. Hall was born on 18 November 1882 in Talbotton, Georgia, USA. He was a writer and actor, known for The Beloved Adventurer (1914), Polly of the Circus (1917) and The Road o' Strife (1915). He was married to Mary Elthel Glenn and Eleanore Magdalana Hartmann (second). He died in March 1956 in Palm Beach, Florida, USA.
