Filed a $62.5 million palimony suit against ex-fiancé Oscar De La Hoya, claiming he was an abusive alcoholic to her and to their daughter and he used them "as props to promote his public image".

Has 3 children: daughter, Atiana De La Hoya (b. March 29, 1999) with ex-fiancé, Oscar De La Hoya and son, Landon Barker (b. October 9, 2003) & daughter, Alabama Barker (b. December 24, 2005) with ex-husband, Travis Barker.
