If you reside in the Us then you're in luck because Marcus Dunstan ('Piranha 3Dd') and Patrick Melton's ('Saw 3D') horror follow-up to the gruesome home invasion thriller 'The Collector' hits theatres today. 'The Collection' opens today and sees Josh Stewart ('The Dark Knight Rises') reliving his nightmares experienced in the first installment and the opening 6 minutes of the movie has premiered online. I'm not sure how I feel about watching the opening minutes of any movie to be honest. I understand why its done but I always want to experience the whole movie from start to finish uninterupted on my own time, not pieces of clips or opening sequences watched out of order and leaving my overactive brain to piece it altogether before I've even sat in my cinema seat. But if you're intrigued enough then head below and check out the clip.

Marcus Dunstan's first feature film as director was The Collector from 2009. This was a film that had some similarities to the Saw franchise as a trap lurked around every corner. In fact, Dunstan was the writer for at least four Saw films. He has decided to follow up the relative success of the original with a second film named The Collection. The sequel also brings traps and perhaps some manipulation as seen in the film's first trailer. The character Arkin, played by Josh Stewart, returns and this time he is tasked with finding the Collector in his hideout. Except, this is a place built of nightmares and toothy spikes. Have a look at the first clip for The Collection below. Release Date: November 30th (Theatrical). Director: Marcus Dunstan. Writers: Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton. Cast: Daniel Sharman, Erin Way, Josh Stewart, Christopher McDonald, Lee Tergesen, Navi Rawat, Johanna Braddy,...

This is the Pure Movies review of Honey 2, directed by Bille Woodruff and starring Katerina Graham, Seychelle Gabriel, Mario López, Randy Wayne, Audrina Patridge, Melissa Molinaro, Brandon Molale, Lonette McKee and Laurieann Gibson. If only all disputes in life could be solved with a good old dance-off. The unrest in the Middle East would evaporate in the twist of a hip, the coalition government's slick routine would have an enthralled country bobbing their heads in thrilled agreement and Ryan Giggs would be shaking his Lycra-clad booty to the sickest beats the tabloids could throw at him. Of course, dance-offs raise a few too many problems for the less rhythmic among us - not least, how do you know for sure who wins?...

If, you know, you’re 14 years old and kinda gullible. “Trust” is directed by David Schwimmer — yes, the tall, dorky looking dude from “Friends”. It’s overly dramatic and Lifetime “movie of the week”-ish, but if you have a teenage daughter and need to teach her that the Internets isn’t all rainbows and unicorns and fluffy marshmellows, then “Trust” should put the fear of whatever Gods you believe in into them. Just yesterday, we told you that actor and stuntman Brandon Molale (True Blood, Touched) took to twitter recently and indicated that he had just auditioned to portray the motion-captured Hulk in The Avengers. Molale said “My life: Just auditioned to play the Hulk (motion capture) in the new Avengers movie. Pretty damn cool job!“.
Molale’s statement had all of us in the land of movie news a bit confused because back in September, Mark Ruffalo (Margaret) said that he would not only be playing playing Bruce Banner in the Joss Whedon directed live-action Marvel team-up, The Avengers, but he would actually be portraying Banner’s big green alter-ego using the same motion-capture technology employed in James Cameron’s Avatar as well.
Ruffalo said,
“I’m really excited. No one’s ever played the Hulk exactly, they’ve always done CGI. They’re going to do the Avatar stop-action, stop-motion capture.

Brandon Molale recently tweeted that he had auditioned to do the motion capture for Hulk in The Avengers! We can only guess that this will mean that Mark Ruffalo will only be portraying Bruce Banner in human form.
Here's what Molale posted:
This goes against what Mark Ruffalo previously said about being the first person to "actually play the Hulk". Maybe the production team decided his body just would not work well enough with motion capture and have opted to go with someone more muscular? Ruffalo and Molale kinda look similar face wise.
What are your thoughts of this rumor? Would you rather see Molale or Ruffalo as the CGI hulk?...

Briefly: There was a small stir a few months back when Mark Ruffalo announced [1] that in addition to playing Bruce Banner in The Avengers, he would play all of the Hulk's scenes via motion capture. The excitement was caused because he said that had never been done -- one actor playing the Hulk's monstrous form -- since Lou Ferrigno's TV work. Which may be true, though both Edward Norton and Tim Roth played parts of their respective 'transformed' characters via mo-cap for Louis Leterrier's The Incredible Hulk. (Cyril Raffaelli played [2] some of the Abomination's movements, too.) Last week stuntman Brandon Molale [3] tweeted [4] (since deleted) that he had auditioned to play the mo-cap version of the Hulk, and suddenly the headlines were that Mark Ruffalo wouldn't be doing the mo-cap. But let's calm down; at the very least we can probably expect Mr. Ruffalo to do some...

If this report from Comic Book Movie is anything to go by, Joss Whedon could be in the process of ensuring cinemagoers will see the first satisfactory, fully-realised CG Hulk to the stomp his way into the big screen.
The site has picked up on a tweet from an actor named Brandon Molale who claims he has auditioned to do the motion capture for Hulk in The Avengers. 6’ 4” Molale (a former college and pro football player), certainly has the build and frame for digital artists to construct a realistic figure, but this news does seem to contradict reports from Mark Ruffalo (playing alter-ego Bruce Banner) that he would be the first actor to actually play the big green giant. Maybe they’re planning on doing some kind of cut and paste job, using Molale’s body and Ruffalo’s head.

Trust is Schwimmer’s second directorial effort, following on from 2007′s Run Fatboy Run, and stars Clive Owen, Catherine Keener, Viola Davis, Brandon Molale, Liana Liberato and Noah Emmerich.
Safe and sound in their suburban home, Will and Lynn Cameron used to sleep well at night. When their 14-year-old daughter, Annie, made a new friend on-line – a 16-year-old boy named Charlie – Will and Lynn didn’t think much of it. But when Annie and Charlie make a plan to meet what happens in the next twenty-four hours changes the entire family forever. The Los Angeles Mission will make a difference for the homeless this Easter – with a little help from celebrity friends.
The Mission will serve 3,000 meals, provide Easter baskets with toys for children, and wash the feet of the homeless on Good Friday. Why feet washing? Easter Week foot washing is a Christian tradition – memorializing that Jesus washed the feet of his disciples the night before he was crucified. Many who are on the streets seldom have normal loving human contact – and this outreach of food, foot washing with podiatric care and new shoes is a way of inviting them to learn about the Mission’s services, including its long term program of restoration – in order to get off the streets permanently. The Los Angeles Christian Health Center uses this opportunity to address the foot problems suffered by many on the streets of Skid Row.

The horror DVD releases that are targeted at the tweens are in abundance during the month of February. Cirque Du Freak attempts to straddle a very fine line between the horrific and the comedic, while trying to appeal to the teen market and others, all in one sitting. This would be impossible for even the most adept directors, but Paul Weitz has seemingly accomplished this feat. Although there is a whole slew of reviews that put Cirque Du Freak in different classes of quality, the movie site Cinemablend states of Cirque: "how well Cirque works must go to director Paul Weitz. His movie looks fantastic." This site is not really an expert on the tween market nor tween targeted horror, so fans of this film will have to put in their own thoughts on the film below. All the Cirque Du Freak details are below, as the DVD releases February 23. As well,...
