According to actor and author [Werner Enke], he lost most of his money with real estate speculation in East Germany the so-called junk real estate after the Wall came down. Got depressed over the time and took his own life in Spring 2016. The filmmakers Werner Enke and [May Spils] were his friends and neighbors until his death.
