Greg Chopoorian is an Actor, Martial Artist, and Entrepreneur. He is of paternal Armenian descent and maternal Scottish, English, Welsh, and Cherokee heritage. He is known for his work on the Max hit, Julia, the murder-mystery pilot, Mystic, and the award winning Alexander Payne/Paul Giamatti drama-comedy, The Holdovers. Greg was tapped by Oscar nominated Director Atom Egoyan to serve as Historic Consultant for his Award Winning film, Ararat, widely considered one of the definitive cinematic takes on the Armenian Genocide. He is a 5th Degree Black Belt Kenpo Karate practitioner and Master Instructor.
