Joining ASCAP in 1923, his song and instrumental compositions include "Smoky Mokes Cake Walk", "The Whip", "Loveland Waltzes", "First Love Waltz", "Symphia Waltz", "Blaze Away", "The Spirit of Independence", and "Old Faithful".
