Mina Cruz is an actor and filmmaker from Bulacan, Philippines. She is a community executive of Cinego Shorts and Gandhara Independent Film Festival. She started The DistantPlay Project, a collaboration with actors depicting the plight of Filipinos during the Covid-19 lock downs, that received a story fellowship grant from Better Engagement Between East and Southeast Asia.
