Graduated in cinema at PUC-Rio, he developed his audiovisual side, using sound as a narrative tool, working for over 12 years with sound post-production for film and TV. Currently, he also teaches sound design and sound editing classes at the Darcy Ribeiro Film School; mixing for cinema and TV at Pro-Class and AIC (international film academy), in addition to being the curator of the film retrospective, "Sound: the story we do not see".
