Sina Bianca Hentschel was the Silver Medalist in the Equestrian European Junior Showjumping Championship in 2001, at the age of thirteen. Born in Sonthofen, Germany, Showjumping demanded that she and her family were often on the road, competing abroad. Due to that fact, in her youth, she was enrolled in eight different schools. At the age of eighteen, Sina was involved in a near fatal accident during a training session, which she then made a full recovery from.
In 2007, Sina commenced her studies at the Zerboni Acting School, and then later at the Theatreraum, in Munich. Sina's film debut came in 2009, in a short film, 'Close Your Eyes and Hold'em Tightly', directed by Holger B. Frick, which garnered her the Silver Prize in a leading role at the 2010 Austrian Horror Film Festival Awards. In 2010, Sina was directed by helmer Klaus Lemke in the feature film, 'Dirty South'. The following year, she played alongside Elyas M' Barek in 'Turkish For Beginners', directed by Bora Dagtegin. In 2014, she was seen in 'In the Eyes of the Beholder', with Francois Goeske. Sina also has staked her claim in television, playing leads or supporting roles in family, drama and crime series such as 'Forester's Lodge Falkenau' (starring Hardy Kruger, Jr.), 'Soko Stuttgart' (starring Robert Seeliger) and 'Soko Munich'.
