Phoebe Miu is a Canadian actress known for her work on The CW's "Riverdale" (2020), Amazon's "Upload" (2019), and Paramount horror-thriller, "Margaux" (2022). Born in colonial Hong Kong to actors, Michael Kiu Wai Miu and Jaime Mei-Chun Chik, she spent much of her childhood around film sets where she discovered her love for acting and filmmaking. While her teenage years were largely dedicated to sports, namely, varsity swimming and basketball, she had a separate passion for arts and literature and committed to studying theatre in high school. She later went on to graduate from the University of British Columbia in 2013 with a BA in Sociology. After a brief stint in marketing and several years spent traveling the world as a professional photographer, Phoebe began pursuing a career in acting and started working in film and television in 2018. She has since gone on to star in projects under studios such as Paramount, Netflix, Amazon and Freeform to name a few.
