Whilst the inherent intent may seem naive, the presentation as well as their overall approach beg to suggest otherwise. Although I must admit that despite having a surplus amount of shortcomings, the film had its heart in the right place. As can be observed in the overflowing emotions underneath which tend to come out quite effectively, every now and then, with a bagful of life lessons that formulaically tag along!
However, if you keep those two highlighting points aside, there's not much to talk about. The comedy isn't up to the mark, nor are the special effects. It seems like the whole feature staked money only on emotions & nothing else. While they did garner some degree of success in that specific regard, the other elements are largely left stranded, resulting in a non-viable byproduct.
