I was iffy due to the low reviews, I am not sure of the average age of those who do review. I often give horror flicks a chance because i have found many good ones that are lowly rated.

I found the movie had an 80s movie feel to it and similar to a movie you would have watched back in the 70s/80s. Being an avid horror fan from back in that time it was a decent watch. If you do not mind an older style movie set in regular elements with not much fancy modern effects (although it had a few ) you may enjoy it.

Is it typical and a seen it before yes, but i find most are now. It was still entertaining to keep me watching it until the end.
