When T. and T. try to clear a kid busted for trafficking crack, they are shocked to find Turner's foster daughter doing her own investigation in the middle of the teenage drug scene.
A man whom Taler put away for murder when she was D.A. has escaped. It seems that he was convicted because Taler got his daughter who saw him do it, to testify against him. Now they fear he's going to go after his daughter. But Turner doesn't think that's whom he is going after.
A teenager is accused of arson, after being seen twice playing her flute at the scene of the crime. She overhears Turner and Taler's theory on who did it, and pursues a confession.
