The original version had its lead pair characters named as ' Ram' and ' Sita' to which the Censors had objected obviously as they played a Pimp and a Prostitute. The names were changed to ' Ramesh' and ' Sarita' and thus many scenes were dubbed again which can be felt while watching the movie. the film was Revised and Re-Revised before it hit the theatres.
