Trivia
Part of the speech Alternate Carter rehearses is an in-joke reference to what she told O'Neill in Children of the Gods (1997). She begins the same way ("just because my reproductive organs are on the inside instead of the outside...") then complains that it's a terrible speech. This is also what Brad Wright thought of that speech, as he mentions in the featurette to Children of the Gods (Final Cut.)

Goofs
When the "Puddle Jumper" travels into the past, Teal'c states "the stars are different." Carter also notes "Earth was in a different orbit around the sun 5,000 years ago." Significant changes in the earth's orbit around the sun occur over millions not thousands of years. Even if the orbit had changed this would not affect the apparent positions of the stars. In fact, as seen from the Earth, the positions of the stars and constellations have changed very little in only 50 centuries.

It's like Easter

Love all the Easter eggs jammed into this episode, it's a goofy good time. The storyline is unique and interesting. Love the chemistry and bringing back of some OG cast.
