If you’re going to have an Amp House Massacre, first you need to have an Amp House. Mario Stillwell, the biggest YouTube influencer in the world, provides that. Having made millions with his videos, he buys a mansion for himself and Janelle and dubs it Amp House.
Now they, along their entourage of famous for being famous internet celebrities including, Hunter, Tiffany, and Lonnie have a place they can use for filming all their obnoxious videos, of which we see as seemly never ending montage of leading up to a lavish first anniversary party. A party that ends with Mario floating face down in the pool, dead from an overdose. And then another montage of tribute videos following it. This may be the...

Though his days as the boss of True Detective are behind him, Nic Pizzolatto has other things to focus on. Prime among them is his directorial debut, Easy's Waltz, which has snagged Al Pacino, Vince Vaughn, Michelle Monaghan and Simon Rexto star.
Pizzolatto also wrote the script for the new drama, which Deadline has heard is a mix of Swingers and A Star Is Born, as the film follows a down-on-his-luck comedian-crooner navigating modern Las Vegas with old-school Vegas personalities.
Vaughn (who appeared in Season 2 of Detective) is back working with Monaghan again after they both just worked on Ted Lasso boss Bill Lawrence's new Apple TV+ series Bad Monkey. Pacino last shot Knox Go Away, directed by Michael Keaton, and Rex most recently worked on My Dead Dad and Mack & Rita.
Easy's Waltz doesn't have a release date on the books yet.

With its list of new releases for June 2022, HBO Max is joining in what should be a TV summer to remember.
Not content to let Netflix’s Stranger Things or Prime Video’s The Boys to dominate the summer TV landscape, HBO is coming through with a new season of one of its big hits. Westworld season 4 is set to premiere June 26 on both HBO and HBO Max. What will this season of the increasingly confusing sci-fi drama be about? Per HBO’s synopsis it will be “A dark odyssey about the fate of sentient life on earth.” So you know, only that.
Irma Vep is the only other Max Original of note this month. Based on a 1996 cult classic of the same name, this limited series stars Alicia Vikander as a disillusioned movie star looking to remake the early 20th century French silent film serial Les Vampires.

"I feel like everybody knew him except me." HBO has unveiled an official trailer for an indie film titled My Dead Dad, marking the feature directorial debut of filmmaker Fabio Frey. It's co-written and produced by Pedro Correa, who also stars in it as the main character. It premiered at the 2021 Woodstock Film Festival last year, and screened at numerous other fests including Austin, Mill Valley, and Filmocracy Fest where it won the Audience Award. A burnout discovers his estranged father has died, leaving him the responsibility of managing an apartment complex. With hopes of cutting ties, he's forced to grow up, learning about the dad he never knew through the eclectic tenants. Starring Pedro Correa with Raymond Cruz, Courtney Dietz, Simon Rex, Booboo Stewart, Steven Bauer, Chris Pontius, Nicholas Duvernay, and Nate Jackson. This would probably be a bit better if it had more humor in it, as this trailer seems so depressing.
