New age mobster "Pretty" Ricky Santos (Antonio Mckay) is accused of murder after being arrested by his younger brother, Detective Christian Santos (Danny Arroyo).

Ricky accepts a special assignment from Vinnie. Christian is suspicious of Francesca and Ricky's relationship. Guillermo Jr. is forced to work alongside his ex-wife Rebecca on Ricky's murder case. Christian and Cole (George Thomas) reluctantly stake out a notorious drug dealer Cimarron Squalley (Stoney Jackson)

Ricky and Francesca grow closer. Christian's personal life begins to interfere with his police work. Cimmaron Squalley is determined to find out who is ripping him off. Ricky pays a visit to District Attorney Lee Mondrian (Eric Roberts).

Vinnie discovers Rick's plan and sets out to beat him at his own game. Guillermo Jr. decides to run for State's Attorney of California. Francesca is torn between her love for Christian and her feelings for Ricky. Ricky initiates his plan.
