Drinking snake poison doesn't kill anybody because snake poison is nothing but a protein and is broken down by acids in stomach, it can be fatal only if the drinker has some cut or ulcer in his/her digestive track where it can enter into blood stream and depending on the nature of poison (neuro or hemotoxic) it can kill.
