Why are they touting kibawon and deleting Liten and Shivata's story?

Only those who have read the original novel can better understand this anger.

Liten and Shivata, two people who really wanted to bring peace and tolerance, their story was all but cut out of the movie.

If this had to be cut because of the limited length of the movie, then why was there even so much extra originality in glorifying the image of kibawon? Instead of having time to tell the story of Linda and Siba, who wanted to try to defuse the rivalry of DKB andALS with trust, peace and tolerance, there was time to create original content that glorified the image of kibawon?

The movie's taking and tampering with the original plot made me cringe so much.
