OK, I watched it all as I wanted to see the dénouement even though it was clear from episode four who the villain was. I'd hoped for some sort of explanation of **how** the dirty deeds were done not an admission **that** they had been carried out by the perp - I knew the answer to that already. For instance, how did the perp make Elsa disappear? How did they hide her?
In the meantime, hubby Laurent broke just about every law in the book at the urging of his foot-stamping brat of a daughter Lucie instead of exercising parental authority as he should have.
The cops were hopeless even though the correct person was arrested at the end through no efforts of their own.
There were loads of red herrings which in fact didn't distract at all as they were so outlandish. The whole thing was rather a mess and only held together by some decent acting from most of the cast save Sara Mortensen who was wooden. Don't get excited! I said decent, not stellar.
There's been a heatwave and it's just not been possible to go out so I stuck with this. It filled a few hours. But good it was not.
