Cenon Santiago enters Bagong Pag-Asa. He is introduced to prison life. While learning the rules inside he is caught in the cross-fire of snapped tensions between the forces that rule and the those who rule the prison underworld.
After the aftermath of the Norte 58's attack new players are introduced and an uneasy truce is made. The Warden makes a deal with the unforeseen enemy that wants to destroy Cenon's chances at laying low and leaving the prison.
Everyone is tense after the death of two Correctional Officers. Being the suspect for the two murders, Cenon makes a deal for his own life, once again throwing off the status quo.
Exhausted by the recent deaths, Anita is ready to strike against the Warden. Meanwhile, Cenon is struck by tragedy, forcing him to rearrange his priorities.
Assad plans a night of fun to help lift Cenon's spirits but the morning after leaves Cenon off much worse than he was- Another murder is being pinned on him. Seeking help from the Pastor, Cenon finds himself trapped in a much bigger web.
Cenon begins his plot his revenge as ongoing tension between Tsip and the Chairman reach a boiling point. It's all out war as Tsip and his allies begin their attack to conquer Bagong Pag-Asa.
As Tsip holds Bagong Pag-Asa hostage, others plan ways to take the prison back. Anita finds herself at odds with Janelle as their Superiors try to save face. Cenon is now pushed to take control as everyone get ready to fights for survival.
After the riots, the gangs of Bagong Pag-Asa are left to pick up the pieces. System are rearranged, new deals are formed and former shadow players now have to make themselves known and decide who will sit at the head of the table.
