Raja (Laxmikant Berde) who lives as a paying guest in Kammo's (Sudha Chandran) house. One day, Raja meets Rani (Priya Arun) and they fall in love with each other. Rani's father (Shafi Inamdar) is a rich businessman who wants Rani to marry his friend's son.
